ConnectHub is Blackinton's online platform that gives you access to a range of tools to manage your Blackinton dealer account — all from one place.
Access all your Blackinton tools and integrations without jumping between different websites.
Your identity is verified using your existing Blackinton dealer account before anything is set up.
We send a one-time code to your email to make sure it's really you — quick and easy.
Once set up, you sign in with the same username and password you use for Blackinton. No extra passwords!
Make sure you have these things ready — it'll make the process quick and smooth.
This is the number Blackinton assigned to your organisation (e.g. 02169EP). You'll need this to verify who you are.
We'll send a 6-digit code to your email address. Make sure you can check it — the code expires in 10 minutes.
When you click "Get Started" on the ConnectHub website, you'll be asked to choose one of two options:
Choose this if you already have a Blackinton Web Wizard account and just want to connect it to ConnectHub.
Choose this if you're new and want to create a brand new ConnectHub account for the first time.
If you've logged into Blackinton's Web Wizard before, choose "Link My Account". If this is your first time, choose "Verify & Create".
If your account is already set up and linked, here's how you sign in:
Click "Log In" from the ConnectHub website header.
Use the same username and password you use for your Blackinton account. You can tick "Remember me" if you don't want to type it every time.
You'll be taken directly to your ConnectHub dashboard. That's all there is to it!
Already have a Blackinton Web Wizard account? Follow these steps to connect it to ConnectHub. You only need to do this once.
On the Get Started page, choose the Link My Account option.
Type in your existing Blackinton Web Wizard username and password, then click Authenticate.
We'll send a 6-digit code to your email. Open the email from noreply@blackinton.com and copy the code.
Type the 6-digit code into the boxes on screen and click Verify Code.
Your account is now linked. From now on, just sign in with your Blackinton username and password.
First time here and don't have a Blackinton Web Wizard account? No problem. We'll create one for you in 4 simple steps.
Type in your Blackinton dealer number (e.g. 02169EP) and click Continue.
You'll see a list of email addresses linked to your dealer account (partially hidden for privacy). Select the one you have access to and click Send Code.
Check your inbox for an email from noreply@blackinton.com. Enter the 6-digit code and click Verify Code.
Choose a username — you'll see a green tick when it's available. Then set a password, confirm it, and click Create.
This means someone has already created a ConnectHub account with your email. The screen will show your existing username. Simply click "Go to Login" and sign in.
Codes are only valid for 10 minutes. If it's expired, click "Resend Code" to get a fresh one.
Double-check your Blackinton username and password. If you've forgotten them, contact Blackinton support — they need to be reset there first.
Simply try a different one. A green tick will appear once you've found one that's free.
